This is an excerpt and expansion of another article,"How to use the Copyright notice" to clarify conceptually what is the legal definition of your name.

Supposing I scribbled the letters "cat" on a piece of paper and then I asked you what is it?

What answer would you give me?

Is it a animal?

Or is it just a word on a piece of paper?, Or is it just letters on a piece of paper?

The "cat" only exists as as the idea of a cat on paper.

The word "cat" on a piece of paper can never ever be a cat in the real sense can it? And the only way a cat can be a cat on paper is if we agree that is what the word or symbol represents. But we can also agree to ourselves that it represents something else ie: C=creator A=always on T=top.

And if cats exist in the real world, which cat are we talking about - a cat can represent any cat or the word cat could be a code word for something else - who is to know?

Unless one does some undercover work and finds out what the author who wrote the word "cat" means by it, do we really know? In other words, never assume the meaning of definitions particularly legal definitions such as 'person' or even the word 'is'. As we learned from Bill Clinton when he was formally questioned in regard to the Monica Lewinski issue there are at least six different definitions.

Now what if I wrote the words your name in the capitalized form of "FIRSTNAME SECONDNAME FAMILYNAME"? Does this hold any significance?

It is just letters on a paper - nothing else - that is until you sign a piece of paper as an honorable man/woman saying or acknowledging that it is you. And this is the key point, 'it' can never represent you unless you indicate it is by your actions, your behavior or your answering to that name.
Now if someone asks you, "Are you your FIRSTNAME SECONDNAME FAMILYNAME that lives at such and such address, what are you going to say"?

Before you answer - remember you just like a cat in the real world only live where you are. If you weren't at home and you didn't live where you are then I suspect you wouldn't be in the realm of the living, wouldn't you? (according to the Bible, isn't the body the temple of the soul?).

Consider this, your FIRSTNAME SECONDNAME FAMILYNAME is always attached to an address because that is how 'it' is tracked or identified (identity id = thing, ident = identified). After all there may be more than one version of your FIRSTNAME SECONDNAME FAMILYNAME out there.

The point is your name in caps is only a fictional creation of whoever created the name as just like the word cat it does not exist really. It is in CAPS to distinguish it from your human given and family names. You typically answer to your first name, a given name that you go by and you belong to a family group of another name. The name on paper written in full caps is something completely different, a legal creation owned by whoever created it, legally - the STATE.

Now if you indicate that you are that FIRSTNAME SECONDNAME FAMILYNAME in CAPS who is then going to tell you otherwise if it is not in your best interest to do so? Certainly not the government nor any agent of government nor anyone associated with the legal domain as that would be a conflict of interest.

With any application you have made for any type of government permit be it a driver's license, a marriage certificate, a passport, citizenship you legally by default have become that FIRSTNAME SECONDNAME FAMILYNAME but only because you indicated so - either by your actions or simply because you didn't deny it - but is this the truth in the real world? Lets test this premise with a cat scan.

A cat who lives in the natural world only recognizes you in the flesh. Your FIRSTNAME SECONDNAME FAMILYNAME, the name on paper or as read, as far as the cat is concerned does not exist and that is the real truth. Who can deny that?

Let me press the point even further as we all have been so conditioned by the legal world we don't know who we really are. Now I am by no means a bible thumper but there in that book is the saying, "Give to CEASAR that which is CEASAR's and give to God that which is God's". Using the cat scan test what does this mean?

It means clearly that you as a human being belong under God and if you attach yourself to the LEGAL ENTITY then you belong to CEASAR or the STATE. "You cannot serve two masters!", The second quote, I believe that also is from that same book - as the Bible teaches not only redemption in spirit in the tradition of organized religion but also redemption in law which most of us are not up on.

This is why if you play the legal game you lose. Why? Well, you are playing with court rules. And who owns the court, the State. So if you are in a conflict of interest with the state you always are at a disadvantage as there you are operating under a capitalized FIRSTNAME SECONDNAME FAMILYNAME. That's an artificial name they created as a derivative of your family and given names. Going by that name you are legally bound to the rules and regulation of the state and the court's discretion to the detriment of your natural born freedoms.

In a sense you have no few options, as your capitalized FIRSTNAME SECONDNAME FAMILYNAME is the only 'thing' that the legal/commercial world can recognize. This includes the name your Bank account is in, the name your driver's licence is in, even your car and your house.

The legal world can never hear you, the flesh and blood human being because as far as the legal world is concerned you do not exist in their fictional world of paper and electronic media and that my friend is the truth. Fiction is fiction and fiction and reality never meet. That is to say, it is understood that fiction can never be truth and truth can never be fiction as self evident as that may be, it bears repeating. Know who you are! Are you a fictionized legal entity a creation of the State or are you a creature of God?

But you are only in the legal game IF you connect yourself to it through the capitalized FIRSTNAME SECONDNAME FAMILYNAME the fictional entity which only exists legally on paper. And it is only through tacit agreement does that name exists in the minds of men.

What do I mean by tacit agreement - if you don't deny by your words or actions that you are not 'IT' than you legally by default must be 'IT'.

It's a "Got You", damned if you do and damned if you don't" as it is awkward to operate outside the legal/commercial world particularly if you use the banking system which makes extensive use of your 'IT' name. We will get to what your options are later. Let's first explore this concept further to find out what makes us so unique and powerful if only we truly understand who we are.

What you don't deny, you assume.

The assumption always is if you sign your name to anything you are always affirming by your mark, your signature, the truth. Human beings are the only ones who can affirm truth and by doing so only we legally can bring into existence what never existed before. That is the power of the creator which is unique to us. That power can also be used against us. Let me illustrate how that can be so.

What you don't deny, you acquire, this is a basic premise in law and a key to self responsibility.

The conquering Roman Army General addressing the populace as "Citizens of Rome" in doing so binds them to Rome simply because an inaction is just as valid as an action.

The key here is to understand who made the populace bound to obligations as citizens of Rome. Not the general in this case but the populace because by not denying they made a choice. What really happened with the general proclamation? The general in doing so hypothecated the populaces' wealth to Rome but the populace allowed it by not claiming otherwise. This goes hand in hand with the doctrine of neglect (finders/keepers) what you don't claim becomes the property of whoever claims (proclaims) it. It is understood that you have a claim of right but only if through self responsibility you exercise it!

All this happens through what is known as the law of the creator which can work for you and can work against you if you don't understand its significance. In the above example the definition of what is a "Citizen" was created by the State. Inherent in that definition are all the obligations attributed to IT. Let's examimine IT a little more closely.

Since the government created your FIRSTNAME SECONDNAME FAMILYNAME as an account or tracking mechanism based on your family and given names, they own IT. This is the Law of the Creator - whoever creates owns.

IF you with your mark or your acceptance authorize in truth that IT (your name in full capital letters) is you, then you by acknowledging IT bring IT into existence. You do this by being ITS body in the non-fiction world. Like the world Cat on paper IT only exists as fiction not in reality. By being IT you effectively become IT.

In the process of binding yourself to IT government effectively owns you as they created it and because you do not distinguish yourself from IT. Now everything you create belongs to the State, not you. After all isn't your property in the FULL CAPS name, the legal name on your birth certificate, your marriage license, your drivers licence. . .?

And are you not under all and any rules and regulations that governs IT and which IT is subject to?

Welcome to "The Matrix". As in the movie, unannouced to you, your energy is harnessed while you live in the illusion that you exist as a free man/woman in a free world. Yet because of all your obligations to the State that energy is siphoned from you as you legally do not have full benefit of everything you have earned through the results of efforts.

Think of 'IT' the position of citizen as the lowest office in government that you are contractually bound to. You are therefore under governments operating rules and procedures (statute law) - you have no rights as you have subjected your natural authority to that of your boss, the State. Now you are totally at the mercy of any authority be it a judge or a policy enforcer of the State aka police force ). Unless of course you quit your office and know you have that option.

If you believed government was created by men to serve men, this in our legalized matrix reality is the reverse situation. From an ethical and moral basis this is a perverted twisted version of the natural order. Government was created by man. Therefore government being a third order entity is naturally subservient to man or should be.

Yet legally the reverse is condoned. The rules of men act legally through contracts to justify what is morally unsanctionable. Ironically it took the atrocities of war for nation states to formally agree that there was a higher order than man's law.

Through the Geneva Convention, after the second world war the signatory Nation States agreed to respect the inherent inborn rights of man. They recognizes that no human, nothing, no state, can legally own a human being nor command him/her to do anything even under contract if it goes against his/her moral judgment.

Technically no one is owned by the state or any other man but through the use of a legal entity YOURNAMEINCAPS the opposite is true. Legally and ethically the State is not responsible as we have voluntarily though unwittingly bound ourselves to be subject to the discretion of the STATE. We all have become citizens of the new Rome simply by not asserting our human rights. By not using it, we lose it.

If you live in the States do you know if you are a 4th amendment citizen or a 16th amendment citizen and do you know the difference? If you live in Canada are your rights protected under the Rights Trudeau introduced or the Rights that existed prior to that under the British North America Act? Do you know which protects IT and which protects the human being?

Can any act of government really give you? Protect maybe but assert? Think about it, how can government give you rights that you already have unless of course it is at ITS discretion. If it is at their discretion then who are you?

Do you know who you are? Do you know how to protect/exercise your rights? Or have you through the principle of neglect ceded IT to the State.

Now if the new Rome serves us that would not be an issue as everthing would be in alignment with the universal laws of the creator. Government would serve us rather than those that run the Government. Simply said we would keep virtually 100% of what we create through our own initiative and labour. Government's prime existence would be simply to ensure that it is so. If in fact that is not the case then this is an entirely different issue.

This is the whole issue regarding redemption in law. The issue of the governed and the governors. Nothing is new in this world. This issue of free men being able to prosper through the results of their own labour has been with us since the beginning of civilization.

Man has always tried to dominate man and in process has impressed a legal system to justify it so. Understanding redemption in law is learning how to take responsibility for yourself. And what is responsibility nothing more that the ability to respond appropriately to defend what is rightly yours. If you fail to act in your own best interest when your rights are transgressed by not notifying the transgressor than there is no one to blame other than yourself.

I may be wrong but didn't the Israelites enter Egypt as free men only to be within 200 years, slaves of the State? What is being taught here in that good book, I ask you?

I suggest it's that Redemption in Law goes hand in hand with Redemption in Spirit. Furthermore I would suggest that a State sanctioned Church (tax-exempt) that is loyal to the State would not act in their best interest if they taught redemption in law neither would publicly sanctioned schools. Understand that and you understand where you are.

What options does one have? Well for starters, one can always claim back the use of your name and all its derivatives by posting a public notice prompting anyone to come forth to contest that right. It is unlikely that the STATE will come forward to confirm their claim as the ARTIFICIAL CREATION is derived from your family and given names.

Posting a public notice stands in truth legally with the test of time IF no one comes forth to contest it. Weekly for 4 weeks in a local paper where legal notices are made is considered a reasonable notice. Use the first few sentences of the copyright notice when you post your notice in the paper and indicate that the rest can be found at the your http://www.copyright-name.com web page address to to save on the cost of posting the whole thing.

The copyright notice claims the use of your family and given names back to you - it states no one has the authority to use it except with your permission. As it is derived from your family and given names you being the source have first claim but only if you assert it. Be aware that when you do not claim or neglect to claim, legally the STATE assumes negligence and claims ownership by default.

Since the STATE assumes through all the contracts you signed with them that you are your NAME in CAPs (which they have control over), you may wish to void and supercede those contracts with another contract. You can do this by making a contract with that legal entity your NAME in CAPS and since you have signing authority for it this is relatively easy to do. This new contract once notarized will further validate your claim giving you exclusive use of your name in all its variations.

The 'Security Agreement' is the contract that becomes legal proof that you are not the words "FIRSTNAME SECONDNAME FAMILYNAME" as our FIRSTNAME SECONDNAME FAMILYNAME" is a name created by the state. Anything created by man or government like the word "cat" doesn't exist in the world of nature (except as marks on paper) and so 'IT' is a fiction.

Welcome to the world of DOUBLETHINK the world of 1984 that George Orwell was alluding to, the real 'Matrix' since nothing is what it appears to be where the Ministry of Peace is the Ministry of War. Like a fish in water IT is so much a part of your surroundings you don't even know IT exists.

To summarize, as a human being you belong to a family group "Lastname" with the given names "Firstname Secondname". As such you are a creation of the natural world (God if you will) and as a second order entity (God is the 1st) nothing has any authority over you (except your creator) - but here's the catch - only if you believe it and act accordingly! If someone transgresses your rights to your name it is your response ability to tell them that your rights were violated and there are consequences if they continue to do so.

The assumption by the STATE is that you always are the legal entity FIRSTNAME SECONDNAME FAMILYNAME owned by the STATE unless you indicate otherwise. Either you assert your rights by serving notice of trespass or by acquiescence lose them.

NOTE you are always the agent ( have signing authority ) for your IT, you like the word 'cat' on a piece of paper are never your FIRSTNAME SECONDNAME FAMILYNAME, the fiction.

If you have an US check, notice that the signature line typically has the letters MP printed beside it which stands for micro print. If you examine the signature line closely you will see that it is not a line at all but is in fact tiny legal print repeating the words 'AUTHORIZEDBYAUTHORIZEDBYAUTHORIZEDBYAUTHORIZEDBY' Now you know why - a fiction can not sign anything itself it needs someone to act on ITs behalf and to think you thought you were IT.

Its about time you got rid of that tag IT and stuck to the dictum, give to Ceasars what is Caesars and give to God what is God's and have the wisdom to distinguish the difference, Knowing that you have a better chance to keep 100% of what is rightfully yours and will taken steps legally to ensure it.

I hope this clarifies who you are so you can act accordingly and begin living in the world of abundance rather than the world of 'scare city'.
